It’s often that you come to the training ground and don’t know what to practice. You let unfavourite tricks on a side and rarely go out of comfort zone. Staking plans will provide you balanced training process: warm up, main part, cool down, freestyle and technique, amount of time for each trick and remarks/videos about execution of tricks/freestyle.

Weekly video review
In every skating plan tricks to be filmed are marked. And after each training we review all your videos and write a review with technical corrections. Film follow up explanations about how to fix mistakes or improve your execution. Videos help us to correct and adjust your trainig plan during week to make it more efficient.

Nutrition recommendations
Food is important part of training process, correct nutrition can provide you enough energy, have direct impact on your concentration and make your efforts efficient. Nutrition correction help you to balance your daily life and training process, gain or loose weight before important start and realize your full potential.

Online lesson
Online lessons are a crucial component of effective roller sports training.
